Returns

Most unopened items sold by a Smart Print Creations in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund. The return window for items sold begins once the order has been invoiced. All items sold must be returned to SPC, by mail. Some items sold by SPC have a modified return policy on Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund. Refer to the individual item description for return policy information. Please contact us by E Mail before you shipped back the products, we will don't accept returns unless a request had been approved. SPC won't pay for return labels. If you are returning for exchange a new item will be send to you free of charge. If you are returning for refund, please allow 5-7 days for the funds to be deposited in your original payment method.
